| ZCon '06, but we spoke briefly. It was a pleasant exchange. I'm sure your shop is very profitable and will continue to be profitable, but I think that the point is being lost on you for some reason. In the long run, I think you'd be wise to take the posts on twinturbo.net to heart. Although it seems advantageous to create your own flat screen TV, I think you'll find that eventually your suppliers won't have anyone to copy if the trends continue. In the long run you'd be well served supporting the businesses that can supply your shop with the quality products that your customers deserve. You're obviously taking your business in a different direction at the moment because of a short sighted view to make what you can right now. This statement really stands out: "If you produce a Z32 specific product and are interested in getting it to consumers, it seems obvious to have it advertised on 300zx.com as well as available for installation in our shop." I don't recall many, if any products that Z1 has produced. I haven't seen any Z1 manifolds, I haven't seen any Z1 fuel rails, I haven't seen any Z1 Tension rods. When you stand on the shoulders of great producers and never offer them support, eventually you'll find that you won't have any shoulders to stand on. If you look closely at your business model, I think you'll find you're leaving your business open to the risk of losing revenue in the long run. Although the Z32 portion of your business may not be significant, it's significant to some of us enthusiasts and semi-enthusiasts. Dustin
